Agility to Harness Innovation

report from the Organisation for Economic
Co-operation and Development (OECD),

test emerging technology and support regulatory
innovation. The Center for Regulatory Innovation

experimentation and sandboxes,
highlight available tools such as their new
Regulatory Experimentation Toolkit and
facilitate a broader discussion on how
regulatory experiments may benefit you and
your work as federal regulators.

Behavioural Insights for Better Regulations

The behavioural insights approach is increasingly
being applied by regulators in Canada and abroad
as a complementary approach to better understand
